Service and your content

AI generation requires confirmation that the subject is fictional/original or authorized and does not depict an identifiable real person. Requests depicting identifiable real people are prohibited. These confirmations do not establish ownership or replace rights review. Report suspected misuse to hello@spritesheetmaker.io; reviewed reports may result in suspension of new generation and purchases while balance, order and refund access remains available.

The free sheet maker and splitter process images in your browser. Paid AI generation and purchases are currently unavailable. You must own or have permission to use submitted images and prompts. Review every AI output for quality, alignment, suitability and rights before using it.

Credit packs and cancellation

If purchases are enabled, they are one-time prepaid credit packs, not subscriptions. There is no automatic renewal. The checkout shows the applicable price and credits before payment. You can leave or cancel an unpaid checkout without a charge. An already paid purchase is subject to the refund policy below.

Refund requests

You may request a refund for an unused credit pack within 14 days of purchase by contacting hello@spritesheetmaker.io with your receipt or order reference. We manually verify the purchase and that the pack remains unused. Approved refunds revoke the credits belonging to that order.

A confirmed failed generation returns its generation credits to your balance; that is not a cash refund. A timeout or unknown provider status needs reconciliation before credits can be returned. Credits used for a delivered generation are not automatically refundable solely because of a subjective preference about the result. Contact us about an incorrect charge, duplicate payment or failure to provide the agreed service so we can review the specific order.

We do not offer an automatic partial-refund feature or promise a full refund for a partly used pack. Where a refund requires an adjustment to used credits or a partial amount, support must reconcile the order and remaining balance before processing it. Your mandatory consumer rights, including any refund rights required by applicable law, remain unaffected.

Availability and disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the tools and AI outputs are provided as available without promises of uninterrupted operation, error-free output or fitness for every purpose. Keep your own copies of work and check exports before relying on them. This does not exclude warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the service. For a claim relating to a paid service, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected purchase, except where the law requires otherwise. Nothing here limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Acceptable use

These rules apply to submissions and use of this service. AI generation and purchases are disabled. The planned integration uses Google Nano Banana (google/nano-banana) through Kie, not a direct Google API connection.

• Sexual, pornographic or other NSFW content.
• Graphic violence or gore.
• Hate content or abuse targeting protected groups.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation of minors, or sexualized depictions of children.
• Real-person deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, or use of a person’s likeness without appropriate permission.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including prompts or uploads you do not have rights to use.

Reporting and moderation

Report suspected misuse or infringing material to hello@spritesheetmaker.io. Include the relevant public URL or request reference and explain the issue; do not send passwords, sign-in codes, card details or illegal imagery.

Our policy is to review reports, seek relevant information where appropriate, restrict access to confirmed violating content where within our control, and suspend or terminate service access for serious or repeated violations. Any restriction remains subject to applicable law and valid refund rights. This policy does not promise automatic credit forfeiture or an implemented automated enforcement system.

Automated prompt and image moderation is not enabled in the current service. Before enabling AI generation, we need to implement and verify generation-prompt checks and generated-image review, with requests held when a check fails or has no reliable verdict. The free browser tools do not upload selected images for server moderation.

Misuse and account restrictions

Do not submit unlawful or infringing content, abuse payment or credit mechanisms, interfere with the service, or misuse another person's account. We may restrict or terminate access for these violations or security reasons, and review unresolved payments or refunds. An account restriction does not remove valid refund rights or other mandatory legal rights.
