Local image tools

Importing, packing, splitting, previewing and exporting images in the free tools happen in your browser. These tools do not upload the selected image files. Download your work before closing or reloading the page; the working image session is not saved by the service.

Accounts, AI and payments

Paid AI generation and purchases are currently unavailable. When Google sign-in is configured and used, we process your verified email address, Google account identifier, session identifiers and account credit balance. We do not store your profile name or avatar. The sign-in flow uses one-time verification state valid for 10 minutes; sessions last 30 days. These validity periods are not promises that all related records are physically erased at those times.

If enabled, AI generation sends the prompt you submit and selected generation parameters to Kie to access Google Nano Banana (google/nano-banana), rather than a direct Google connection. The service keeps generation prompts, request identifiers, status, error information and result references or metadata in its database. Purchases keep order references, product, amount, checkout status, credit transactions and refund information. Waffo provides hosted checkout; we do not collect full payment-card details in this app. Google provides account sign-in. Email-code sign-in is unavailable. These providers handle the data sent to them under their own policies; we do not promise zero provider retention.

When AI generation is enabled, Waffo checks the generation prompt before it is sent to Kie. SeeAPI reviews generated images through a temporary signed address serving a private copy. We do not use these checks to guarantee copyright ownership, trademark clearance or consent, and we do not promise zero retention by those providers.

Generated image access

When AI generation is enabled, approved generated images are available to the owning account for seven days after approval. Download them during that period. Access expires after seven days; an expired image is not fetched again from the generation provider. Pending or uncertain safety-review images remain private while their status is unresolved. Expired image files are removed through controlled operational cleanup, not necessarily at the exact moment access expires. Credit, order and refund records remain unchanged.

Why data is used and retained

These records support sign-in, delivery, generation-status recovery, credit accounting, fraud prevention, refunds and customer support. Basic network request information may be processed by hosting and security infrastructure. Account, transaction and generation records do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule in this app. They remain until handled through a verified deletion request or operational review, subject to records needed for accounting, dispute resolution, security and legal obligations. We do not promise immediate deletion from backups or third-party systems.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Email hello@spritesheetmaker.io to request access to a copy of your account data, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion. Identify the account email and relevant order or generation reference, and describe what you want changed. We check ownership before disclosing or changing data; do not send passwords, sign-in codes or payment-card details.

Requests are handled manually. We will explain what can be deleted and any records that must be retained for legal obligations or unresolved payments, refunds or disputes. After ownership checks, we handle requests in accordance with applicable data-protection obligations and explain any retained records and limits affecting third-party systems or backups. Your applicable data-protection rights remain available.
